Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at Savoy Sharm Group. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all training initiatives and programs within the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee development and a strong background in coordinating and delivering training programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for all departments within the company
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Deliver training sessions as needed
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Manage training budget and expenses
- Conduct training needs assessments and make recommendations for future training initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
