Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing of goods and services.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value for the company.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support in finding suitable suppliers.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to procurement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement (Construction Field)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
