Overview:
Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC is a leading training and development company in the Middle East, providing comprehensive training solutions to individuals and organizations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Appliances Trainer to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and ovens.
- Develop training programs and materials to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups.
- Provide hands-on training to participants, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Evaluate and assess trainees' understanding and progress throughout the training program.
- Stay updated with the latest home appliances technology and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop training strategies and marketing materials.
- Travel to different locations within the UAE and possibly other countries for training purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, specifically in the home appliances industry.
- Extensive knowledge of various home appliances, their functions, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
