Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fire fighting and fire alarm installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all works meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
   • Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
   • Review contract requirements and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
2. Team Management:
   • Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to achieve project objectives.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
3. Material Management:
   • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment as per project needs.
   • Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
4. Coordination and Communication:
   • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project progress.
   • Participate in project meetings and address concerns proactively.
5. Progress Monitoring:
   • Track project milestones and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
   • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
6. Compliance:
   • Ensure installation works comply with NFPA standards, UAE Fire Code, and other relevant regulations.
   • Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
7. Handover:
   • Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of systems to the client.
   • Prepare project closeout documents, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty certificates.
      

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
• Proficient in NFPA standards, UAE Fire Code, and construction practices.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
