National Fire Fighting Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and leadership, with a passion for ensuring safety and quality in all aspects of the job. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of production workers including maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production updates, issues, and suggestions for improvement.

Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion

• FA Programmer, FF testing and Commissioning for pumps

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
• The role may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• The job may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and hazardous materials.
• Protective gear will be provided and must be worn at all times.
