The Product Officer – Cards will provide necessary administrative / operational / analysis support to the Product Manager – Cards in managing the cards product portfolio, in support of the functional / corporate strategies and objectives, in line with the regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. The incumbent will support in managing cross-functional product management efforts of value-added cards products and services for the retail customer segment, including but not limited to quality assurance and customer support, research & analysis efforts, process streamlining / documentations etc.
