As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Conduct orientation and training programs for new hires
• Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
• Oversee performance management and conduct regular evaluations
• Manage employee benefits and ensure all employees are informed about their benefits package
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Handle all employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
