We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umloj. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead and manage a wide range of construction and design projects across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction and design projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget constraints
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project and implement corrective actions
- Provide timely and accurate project updates and reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is an advantage
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
