**Job Overview:**

Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC seeks an experienced Organization & Development Specialist to enhance our organizational effectiveness and employee development initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role will report directly to the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent development strategy.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Organizational Development:**
* Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address identified needs.
* Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture, communication, and collaboration.
* Foster a learning and development-centric environment by creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and skill development.
* **Employee Development:**
* Develop and deliver training programs tailored to employee needs and career aspirations.
* Create and maintain a comprehensive employee learning and development portal.
* Provide career coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional growth and advancement.
* **Performance Management:**
* Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and development goals for employees.
* Provide ongoing feedback and support to employees, promoting performance improvement and professional growth.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
* Collect and analyze data on organizational development and employee performance.
* Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management, informing decision-making and strategic planning.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in organizational development or employee learning and development.
* Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and other developmental initiatives.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English and Arabic.
