Job Description

Job Summary:
 

IFMI, a leading system integrator of innovative solutions in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Engineer specializing in Security Systems, ICT, and Fire Protection. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive technical expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth by identifying and developing business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in these specialized domains.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Security Systems, ICT, and Fire Protection.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in response to client inquiries.
  • Manage the full sales process, including techno-commercial offer compilation, contract negotiations, financial exposure, and risk management to ensure compliance with business guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and end-users in the Central Region.
  • Build relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, as well as major engineering design and consulting companies, to identify and influence projects at an early stage.
  • Analyze market conditions and develop a strong network of stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services to align with company goals.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions as per Saudi law.
     

Qualifications & Skills:
 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in Security Systems, ICT, and Fire Protection within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of LCS, Security, BMS, and Fire Alarm turnkey solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of contract terms and conditions under Saudi law.
  • Strong market knowledge of contractors, consultants, and end-users in the Central Region.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
     

Language Skills:
 

  • Arabic & English Speaker (mandatory).
     

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Certifications related to security systems, ICT, or fire protection (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, NFPA) are a plus.
  • Experience working with system integrators, contractors, and consultants.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards for fire protection and security systems.
