Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals as part of our commitment to local talent development. Reporting to the Senior Architect, the successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop architectural plans and specifications.
• Create detailed technical drawings, renderings, and models using advanced design software.
• Review and analyze building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders to coordinate architectural aspects of projects.
   

Qualifications
 

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
