ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Master's degree (MA) or higher in Arabic Language, Linguistics, or TAFL.
• Native competency in Arabic language and fluency in English is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, with demonstrated experience specifically in adult education, or continuing education.

DESIRED CRITERIA:

• Deliver engaging and effective Arabic language instruction to non-native speakers in our continuing education programs, accommodating various proficiency levels and learner goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in teaching methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with an ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
• Proficiency in integrating technology and authentic materials into classroom instruction.
• Experience in developing course outlines or program content for continuing education.
• Familiarity with various language assessment tools for adult learners.
