Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing strategies for our water park. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement.

This role requires expertise in sales strategies, digital and traditional marketing, partnership development, and event promotions to attract visitors and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase ticket sales, group bookings, and corporate partnerships.
  • Build relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, schools, and corporate clients to drive group visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with key partners and sponsors.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets through proactive sales planning and execution.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and print media.
  • Enhance brand positioning through strategic storytelling, content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee website content, SEO strategies, and online ticketing promotions.
  • Manage public relations efforts, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Customer Engagement & Promotions:

  • Design and implement loyalty programs, special promotions, and seasonal offers to boost customer retention.
  • Plan and oversee themed events, festivals, and entertainment activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the operations and guest services teams to ensure exceptional visitor experiences.

Budget & Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, ticket sales, and promotional efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or theme park industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales strategies in the leisure and tourism sector.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
