Job Title: Cinema Specialist Fit-Out Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer with expertise in cinema construction, acoustics, and AV integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cinema fit-out projects, ensuring that every location meets our high design and operational standards. This role requires hands-on experience in managing contractors, liaising with designers, and implementing specialized construction techniques to achieve superior soundproofing, seating arrangements, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the fit-out and construction of new cinemas, ensuring compliance with architectural and acoustic requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, MEP engineers, and AV specialists to ensure seamless execution of cinema layouts.
• Manage contractor activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Implement specialized cinema fit-out elements such as stadium seating structures, projection booths, acoustic insulation, and bespoke lighting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and accessibility standards.
• Provide technical guidance on material selection, ensuring durability and premium aesthetics.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting of fit-out issues.
• Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a minimum in fit-out projects, with a strong focus on cinema, theater, or high-end entertainment venues.
• Expertise in acoustic treatments, soundproofing, projection systems, and auditorium design.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and AV system integration in cinema environments.
• Experience working with high-end finishes and luxury fit-outs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction codes and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
