• Identify the site’s requirements for mechanical materials and equipment and ensure timely availability.
• Inspect delivered materials to confirm compliance with technical specifications.
• Address and resolve technical challenges encountered by the team during project execution.
• Provide effective technical solutions to ensure smooth project operations.
• Guide workers and technicians in executing mechanical works on-site.
• Ensure the team adheres to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as electrical and civil, to ensure seamless integration of works on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Conduct tests on mechanical systems, such as HVAC and plumbing, to verify efficiency and functionality.
• Prepare reports on test results and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
• Document all mechanical site activities for future reference.
• Ensure all work complies with local and international quality and safety standards.
• Review and update project drawings as needed to maintain compliance.
