Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will lead process discovery, requirement gathering, and future-state process design for an Agentic AI Proof of Concept (POC) in finance operations. The role involves collaborating with local finance teams to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Mapping: Document current finance workflows, identify pain points, and highlight areas for AI-driven enhancements.

• To-Be Process Design: Develop optimized AI-powered workflows, define business rules, and ensure seamless human-AI collaboration.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between finance teams and technical teams, presenting process designs and aligning on business priorities.

• POC Validation & Implementation: Support testing, gather feedback, and refine AI-agent workflows for scalability beyond the POC phase.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7-10 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in finance operations and AI/automation projects.

• Strong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting).

• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, UML).

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, RPA, or Agentic AI.

• Fluent in Arabic & English.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
