Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s marketing strategy and business objectives.

Brand Awareness and Growth

  • Execute brand-building initiatives to increase online and offline visibility and awareness.
  • Support all teams in executing collaborations and promotional activations to drive engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities, using insights to inform campaign planning and optimize marketing efforts.

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and on-platform channels.
  • Take ownership of campaign logistics, ensuring timely and budget-aligned execution.
  • Coordinate the production of campaign assets, including creative, copy, and media materials, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on key metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives to align with overall marketing strategy and direction.
  • Partner with agency to support activities on earned and owned media channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, content launches, and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirement:

1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally across B2C and B2B.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for entertainment and digital trends.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
