Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the design dept through all stages of the design process, from concept phase to construction phase.
· Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, mood boards and construction documents.
· Provide technical guidance to project teams.
· Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
· Attend Project meetings and provide input on Design issues.
· Interact with client through the entire Design and Project execution phase.
ID Engineer Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
· Must have a minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role as a Senior Designer in a reputed Design Agency or Interior Design and Fitout company.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of UAE experience in the fitout sector (Residential and *hotel fitout* )
· Must have successfully completed over 5 projects from start to finish in the UAE.
· Must have excellent knowledge in FF&E and Finishes and excellent contacts with suppliers.
· Strong design and technical skills both in Fitout & Joinery Projects.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· Experienced with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Vray and other design softwares.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Experienced with Autocad, Sketchup, 3DS MAX and other Design softwares.
· Can join immediately will be advantage.
