Responsibility

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple civil construction projects within the assigned area.
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery phases.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the specified quality standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve any issues related to construction schedules, materials, or manpower.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
• Supervise and support project managers, engineers, and other staff members working on construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets and oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions to keep projects within budget.
• Review and approve project expenses and payments to vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all civil construction activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all construction sites and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor and report on environmental impacts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on schedules, costs, and quality.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the course of the project.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 17 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
