RVP Consultants, a global leader in talent acquisition, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the expansion of our education solutions in the Middle East. This role focuses on promoting RVP’s services to K-12 schools and educational institutions while building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead RVP Consultants' efforts to expand our presence in the Middle East.
• Identify and build relationships with K-12 schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers.
• Present RVP’s services to prospective clients and tailor offerings to meet regional needs.
• Drive sales of RVP offerings.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Work with the marketing and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Attend relevant conferences, networking events, and meetings to enhance RVP's visibility and establish new partnerships.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in education management sales, education recruitment, or workforce solutions.
• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern educational landscape and culture.
• Strong connections in the Middle East with education leaders.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
