Job Description

Ethical Conduct:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field ispreferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations within the UAE.
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Arabic Knowledge is an advantage.

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of UAE labor law and its practical application.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
