Job Description
Ethical Conduct:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field ispreferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing HR operations within the UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is a must (speaking, reading, writing)
- Arabic Knowledge is an advantage.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of UAE labor law and its practical application.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
