Best Person would be Age between 25 -35.

Education : Technical Degree, Diploma, or ITI .

Computer Proficiency : Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP System, Oddo (added Advantage)

Work Experience : at least 3-4 years expertise as Store keeper / Inventory Controller in Construction/Interior Fitout / Theming or Joinery Companies/ Fiber Glass Industry.

Additional Requirement : Should have Knowledge about Construction raw Materials, Tools, Equipment’s, Type of paints ,able to identify the materials from drawing , Type of Wood/MDF / Fixing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

1. Oversee the stock levels of all items in the store(Fast Moving and Non -fast Moving)

2. Monitor stock movements (in and out) and ensure accurate record keeping.

3. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that the stock matches the system records and Stocks doesn’t r

• Stock Receiving and Inspection:

1. Coordinate with procurement / Logistics for Materials receipt, manage safe loading /unloading of raw materials using Forklift /Manpower/ Pallet truck.

2. Receive deliveries of goods and check the quality and quantity against purchase orders or delivery notes/ Drawings/ materials Specifications.

3. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to Procurement and Finance .

• Organizing and Storing Goods:

1. Properly organize the storage area to maximize space and ensure easy access.

2. Label and store items according to categories and proper inventory procedures.

• Order Management:

1. Maintain records of all store orders, ensuring that all items ordered are tracked.

2. Process internal or external requests for stock in a timely manner.

• Record Keeping:

1. Maintain accurate records of items purchased, sold, and returned.

2. Ensure that all paperwork is filled out properly and consistently.

• Shipments management

1. Ensure Store Raw materials are Properly packed and Labelled for Shipping as per the Packing List.

2. Ensure raw materials for shipping are Properly palleted and Stacked o the Shipping Trailer / Container.

• Security:

1. Monitor stock levels to detect any theft, loss, or discrepancies.

2. Ensure the store area is secure and that all items are safely stored.

• Stock Rotation:

1. Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to manage perishable or time-sensitive products.

• Customer Service:

1. Assist customers or team members with stock-related inquiries.

2. Provide information on product availability and assist with stock issues.

• Tools management.

1. Receive of new tools from Purchase as per the request and release it to shop floor as per the record.

2. Record and maintain daily Tools issue register and retrieve back issued tools at end of the shift.

3. Maintain the record of Personalised tools and Periodically conduct audit to checks its availability and condition.

4. Fetch damaged tools and co ordinate with Procurement for repair and replacements as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Storekeeper & Inventory: 3 years (Preferred)
