• Supervise and coordinate the packing team to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of goods.
• Ensure that all products are packed in accordance with quality standards and company guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Check incoming products for quality and freshness before packing.
• Ensure proper labeling of all products, including weights, expiration dates, and product information.
• Conduct regular quality checks on packed products to ensure they meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Handle and resolve any packing-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies.
• Train and mentor new packing staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
