Job Description

Sprint Digital, Pakistan is looking for a Customer Sales Representative for the Customer Support Program within the Operations department. This role involves assisting our U.S. and Canada-based clients’ customers with their queries/concerns, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a seamless sales experience via calls. We are looking for individuals with experience in sales and customer service, and above all, we place a strong emphasis on personality, passion, and a strong work ethic. We need people with a U.S. accent mainly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases made through the E-Commerce website or help them purchase items directly from the site.
  • Show genuine interest in each customer, offering courtesy, attention, and a friendly, caring demeanor.
  • Offer alternative products or items when those requested are unavailable on the E-Commerce site.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Stay informed on system updates, process changes, and upcoming updates to maintain knowledge accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • O Levels/Intermediate or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

Office Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (onsite)
