Job Description:

Responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet the specific needs of the company. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
• Customize Zoho apps using Deluge scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.
• Integrate Zoho products with third-party systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Zoho applications for performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Keep up to date with the latest Zoho features and best practices.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, including hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation within Zoho.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party applications.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Familiarity with SQL or database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
