Position: MIS Coordinator
Location: Peshawar
Industry: FMCG
Qualification: Bachelors in any discipline (IT/CS is preferrable)
Experience: Min 1 year’ experience in relevant field of FMCG (Preferrable)
Salary: 60,000 to 65,000

Job Description:

• Responsible for timely communication of issues/errors and maintaining an operational and customization issues log for rectification.
• Act as a bridge between the Sales team and Salesflo.
• Conduct QA & UAT for new enhancements/modules and drive new MIS projects.
• Oversee the timely deployment of monthly Secondary Sales Scheme and Promotions (e.g., Trade Offers, TEX, Discounts, etc.).
• Manage Salesflo's Master Data, including distributor openings, mapping with SAP codes, distributor hierarchy, channel/sub-channel classification, perfect store classification, shop types, account types (rural/urban), product definitions, PH levels, and pricing maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors to address Salesflo errors/bugs and develop new enhancements.
• Facilitate physical and online training sessions

• Effectively communicating issues/errors to relevant stakeholders.
• Issue Tracking and Resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – play bridging role between Sales and IT
• Sales Scheme & Promotion Management – Deploying monthly secondary sales schemes and promotions (e.g., Trade Offers, TEX, Discounts).
• Vendor Coordination – Coordinating with vendors to address business logic needs, errors/bugs, and new enhancements.
• Training Facilitation – Conducting both physical and online training
