Job Role / Major Responsibilities:

Agile Squad Leadership/Participation:

• Participate actively in Agile squad ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, business analysts, designers) to deliver high-quality digital banking features.
• Ensure timely delivery of features related to CASA products, following Agile best practices.

Digital Product Management:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and define the CASA product strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee the end-to-end process for CASA product development and enhancements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Implement product enhancements and features to improve user experience and streamline operations

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the Agile process and the product, and implement best practices.
• Encourage the use of automation and other technologies to optimize CASA product delivery

Customer-Centric Approach:

• Analyze customer feedback to ensure the CASA products meet market demands and customer expectations.

• Develop and implement solutions that improve the user journey and simplify account management.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Maintain effective communication between Agile squads and other departments (IT, marketing, compliance, etc.).

• Act as a liaison between the technical teams and the business units for the CASA product line.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure CASA products and features comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies related to the digital banking services.

Job Specifications:

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required Technical Skills

• Knowledge of banking technology platforms and digital banking innovations.

• Familiarity with mobile and web application development practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).

• Experience working in a digital-first or fintech company.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in Agile product management, specifically within a digital banking or financial services environment.

• Familiarity with the CASA product suite in banking (Current Account, Savings Account, etc.).

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs195,000.00 - Rs275,000.00 per month
