• Strong experience in in Landscape project executions ,planning, site management and completion.
• Able to read engineering drawings, and estimate required resource (Material, Manpower, and Equipment).
• Should be able to manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversees the daily scheduling work routes to ensure all activities are organized in timely manner.
• Ensure that Landscape team are properly maintaining the plants- pruning, hedging, trimming, weeding, and cleaning.
• Ensure that all automated Irrigation systems are working properly
• Ensure proper and adequate supervision of all nursery plumber/irrigation man/ operators/ gardeners/labours and ensure proper completion of given task.
• Reporting and Proper coordination with Line manager for resource allocations, executions, and Project monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice
• Ensure that projects meet company standards, client expectations, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Work within project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality of service or safety.
• Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries on job sites.
• Oversee the maintenance and procurement of landscaping equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Implement sustainable practices in landscaping operations, such as water conservation, eco-friendly materials, and energy-efficient techniques.
• Promote the use of native plants and environmentally conscious landscaping solutions.
• Propose solutions to the specified construction/design issues.
• Monitor the Contractor’s performance and report issues, status and progress of works on site.
• Ensures all Project based employees work safely and in accordance with the Project Safety plan.
• Monitor and coordinate all matters between contractors and all concerned Authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of Architectural designs and drawings including preliminary concepts and sketches
• Research building codes and standards / stay up to date with local developer & authority guidelines
