We are looking for a skilled Solar System Operation & Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Regular inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar panels and inverters.
✅ Diagnosing system issues and performing necessary repairs.
✅ Monitoring energy output and ensuring system efficiency.
✅ Coordinating with teams for system upgrades and improvements.
✅ Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Experience: 02-05 Years of experience in solar system installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and monitoring tools.
