Job Description: Supply Chain Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management:
• Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and wastage.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Logistics and Distribution:
• Plan and oversee the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and track shipments to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Production Support:
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Address supply chain disruptions promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain all procurement and logistics-related documents, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
