Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and provide necessary information.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain records of calls and update the database.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
• Punctual and committed to the given shift timings.
