We are looking for a motivated Calling Agent for morning and night shifts to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and provide necessary information.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and update the database.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
- Punctual and committed to the given shift timings.
