Sales & Profitability Maximization:

• Develop and implement demand planning strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to align demand forecasts with business goals and sales targets.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand accurately.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage aging inventory, ensuring timely markdowns or promotional strategies to minimize stock obsolescence.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Open-to-Buy (OTB) & Inventory (SIM) Management:

• Monitor and manage OTB to ensure that the company meets its financial objectives while maintaining balanced inventory levels.
• Collaborate with finance and merchandising teams to adjust OTB plans based on sales performance, trends, and inventory requirements

Space Planning & Replenishment:

• Coordinate space planning activities to ensure optimal product placement in stores, balancing visual appeal and inventory management.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies to maintain consistent stock levels across locations, focusing on high-demand products.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Conduct regular performance analysis, using key metrics and KPIs to assess inventory turnover, profitability, and stock availability.
• Prepare reports and presentations on inventory health, sales performance, and demand trends for senior management.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong proficiency in demand planning software and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
