Job Description

Job Title: Admin Incharge For Construction Site

Job Location: Islamabad, Punjab

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

· Responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of administrative tasks on the construction site.

· Provide essential support to the construction team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the site office and ensure it is well-maintained and equipped.

· Manage office supplies and inventory.

· Serve as a point of contact between the construction team, subcontractors, and the main office.

· Handle communication and correspondence related to the project.

· Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.

· Coordinate the flow of information within the construction team.

· Assist in tracking project-related expenses and budget management.

· Process invoices and maintain financial records.

· Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

· Procure necessary materials and equipment.

· Maintain accurate records of project-related information.

Qualifications:

· Graduate or any degree related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in administrative management in a construction environment.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sahiwal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
