Job Description

Job Brief:

We're looking for a highly-organized Office Management Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You'll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently2.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair work.
  • Ensure office policies are adhered to and help in their development where necessary.
  • Provide support to managers and executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Maintain office environment cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
