Job Description: Civil Quantity Surveyor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage interim payment applications and certifications.
  • Evaluate and assess variations, claims, and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Conduct cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to maintain financial control of projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and ensure cost compliance.
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, including certification of payments and variation claims.
  • Conduct contract reviews and ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, claims negotiations, and contract closeouts.
  • Prepare final accounts and ensure proper reconciliation of project costs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure cost-effective purchasing and subcontractor management.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai’s construction regulations, contract laws, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on post-contract works.
  • Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
