Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Staff IT Solution is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our on-site team in Lahore. The ideal candidates will have experience in e-commerce operations, particularly in product hunting, listing, order processing, and maintaining Amazon account health. This is an on-site role with late-night working hours, perfect for individuals who thrive in a structured work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Hunting:** Research and identify trending and profitable products for listing on e-commerce platforms.

2. **Product Listing:** Create and optimize product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.

3. **Order Processing:** Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolving any issues that may arise.

4. **Amazon Health Specialist:** Monitor and maintain the health of Amazon seller accounts, including performance metrics, feedback, and compliance with Amazon policies.

5. **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

6. Data Management: Mantain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.

7. Rporting: Gerate regular reports on sales performance, product trends, and account health.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.

- Proficiency in product research, listing, and order management.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.

- Must be able to work on-site at our Lahore office.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in managing multiple Amazon seller accounts.

- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.

- Basic understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising on Amazon.
