
As our E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing our online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Jilphar Online Store, Noon.com ,Carrefour, Dubai Store , Microless, Danube Home etc ). You’ll ensure product listings are optimized, orders are processed smoothly, and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-friendly keywords.
- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory levels, and product details across all platforms.
- Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements to boost visibility.
- Process online orders, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and track shipments.
- Update inventory levels in real-time to prevent overselling.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries related to orders.
- Respond to customer emails, chats, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, or product details.
- Assist with email campaigns, social media promotions, and paid ads (basic knowledge preferred).
- Help analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or admin roles (Noon/Amazon experience a plus!).
Tech Skills: Proficient in Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CMS tools. Familiarity with SEO or graphic design & Photo Editing is a bonus.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
Communication: Excellent written English for product descriptions and customer interactions.
Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
