
Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager – Bedding

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager for our Institutional/Hospitality Bedding division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director , and provide lead generations for Export orders and strategies and initiatives aimed at promoting our institutional bedding products to commercial clients, including hotels, hospitals, dormitories, and other large-scale institutions. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- obtaining request and inquries
- Layout Approvals, designs checks.
- To breakdown the order sheet & prepare the order costing and price
- quoting.
- Follow up to the concerns department wisely.
- Preparing Files with respect of Projected confirmed orders.
- Correspondence with the buyer regarding Orders request keep in record.
- Make sure all accessories and materials as per buyer requirements.
- To monitor orders progress through ERP, PMS & OMS. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- To follow up all related departments to final inspection.
- To provide timely information to all concern department
Preparing Files with respect of Projected confirmed orders.
- To coordinate with merchandizing team for accessories Development.
- To plan inspection with stitching & customers nominated inspection.
- To provide customers approved sample to all concerned departments.
- To forward New Trends developments & execute through PD team.
- To setup internal order list & collect (P.O) Orders from buyers.
- To ensure smooth shipment process & maintain merchandising files
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the bedding, textile, or institutional markets.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of the institutional bedding market or related industries (hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
