Job Description:

No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging and persuasive email campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Create, test, and optimize email templates for maximum effectiveness.
• Segment email lists and target appropriate audiences based on customer behavior and preferences.
• Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and content teams to ensure a consistent and effective message across all channels.
• Manage and maintain the email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with the development of promotional content and offers to increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• A passion for learning and a willingness to work in the digital marketing field.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email platforms (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs18,000.00 per month
