Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is available for candidates based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi (Onsite) or for remote applicants located anywhere globally. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales-driven email marketing and be proficient with platforms such as MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, and ODOO triggers. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management
• Design, plan, and execute high-performing email, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns using platforms like MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, and others.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and trigger-based messaging using ODOO and CRM tools.
• Personalize campaigns with dynamic email templates to boost engagement.
• Set up and manage push notifications and OSM alerts to enhance customer retention.
• Continuously improve email deliverability, open rates, and conversions.
• Technical & Backend Operations
• Manage email broadcasting, CRM triggers, and automation workflows.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to email servers, spam filters, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure smooth automation flows and email journey implementation.
• Comply with email marketing best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Sales & Performance Optimization
• Create sequences for email, WhatsApp, and push notifications that drive conversions and meet sales targets.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize content, subject lines, and CTAs for enhanced performance.
• Implement segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the design and content teams to craft compelling marketing assets.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for future improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in email, push, and WhatsApp marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing, push notifications, and WhatsApp marketing with a focus on sales.
• Expertise in MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, ODOO triggers, and other CRM platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, and email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Strong technical skills in email infrastructure, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with dynamic email templates for personalized campaigns.
• Ability to meet sales targets and optimize strategies for better ROI.
• Skilled in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
