Human Resources (HR) Specialist – Full-Time (UAE)

We are hiring an experienced and highly organized HR Specialist to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, responsible, and familiar with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
• Handle job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letters.

2. Employee Relations & Staff Management:

• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and performance tracking.
• Resolve internal staff issues and foster a positive work environment.

3. HR Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing contracts, visa applications, and renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.
• Support payroll, medical insurance, and employee benefits coordination.

4. HR Reporting & Office Support:

• Generate monthly reports on recruitment status, attrition, and HR metrics.
• Support office admin when needed and collaborate with management on staffing plans.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in HR and recruitment (2–5 years preferred).
✅ Fluent in English; a European language is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (Excel, HRMS, etc.).
✅ Responsible, organized, and trustworthy.

Preferred:

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
• Experience in medical, cosmetic, or corporate office environments.
