Assistant Manager Procurement (Construction)

Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Collaborating with project teams to determine procurement needs, specifications, and timelines for goods and services required for pro Collection of all PR entered by store/IT on a daily basis
- Daily entry in the procurement report
- Meeting with requesting departments for specification/any special instruction if required
- Contact vendors for getting quotations by call/email/market visit.
- Prepare comparative statements and send them to HOD/CPC for approval.
- Drafting manual PO and generating PO in ERP for approved PR.
- Order to vendor and follow up regarding the delivery.
Inspection of delivery independently/ with the concerned department
- Post invoices of these bills and post Pre-Payment in ERP
- Prepare a complete set of documents and submit them in OTR
Prepare payable and follow up of payment
Submission of daily report to (Dy. Manager and Manager)
- Visit the market for purchasing when required
- Any other task assigned by the Head of the department.
Qualification:
16 years of Education from a reputed University
Experience:
6-8 years of relevant experience
