Provide expert sales consulting to customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Offer consulting services to improve the overall client experience and drive customer loyalty.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the pharmacy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless client interactions.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in consultative sales e.g. real estate, software, mutual funds, franchising etc.
Sales Consulting and Consulting skills.
Customer Satisfaction, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in real estate or franchise sales is a plus. Experience with a chain pharmacy is a game-changer.
Bachelor's degree.
