About Uraann (by Yugo): Uraann, a brand under Yugo, specializes in assisting Pakistani students in securing admission to top-tier universities in Western countries. We provide comprehensive guidance throughout the entire application and visa process, ensuring students achieve their educational aspirations abroad. We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Student Counsellors to join our team and help students navigate the complexities of international admissions and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Consultation:
• Provide personalized consultation to students regarding study opportunities preferably in the EU and Australia and also USA, UK, Canada and other Western nations.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences to recommend suitable universities and study programs.
• Offer guidance on admission requirements, application procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
• Visa Application Assistance:
• Assist students in preparing and submitting study visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
• Stay up-to-date on the visa policies, regulations, and immigration laws of various countries to provide accurate and current advice.
• Provide support in gathering necessary financial and legal documents required for the visa application process.
• Admission Processing:
• Help students with the complete university application process, including filling out forms, preparing personal statements, and other application documents.
• Follow up with universities and institutions to track the status of applications.
• Work closely with university representatives to ensure smooth and timely processing of admissions.
• Student Support and Follow-Up:
• Provide pre-departure orientation and assist with accommodation arrangements, travel bookings, and any other support required by students.
• Keep students informed about their application progress and provide timely updates on the status of their visa and admission.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international university partners and educational institutions.
• Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote Uraann's services and expand the network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven 2 years of experience in student counseling, study visa consultancy, or international education.
• Strong understanding of the study visa processes for major Western countries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with international education systems, admission criteria, and visa regulations.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple applications efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
