Responsibilities:

· Provide professional consultation with patients on skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns and provide medical advice on effective treatment solutions related to our services and products

· Responsible for handling patient enquires and educating patients about course of treatments, possible downtime and post-treatment care

· Perform Treatment Plan with the patient based on clinical consultation to achieve both patient goals as well as clinic goals.

· Identify and understand patients’ area of concerns and develop suitable treatment plans.

· Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments.

· Review patient’s progress and treatment plan.

· Perform medical aesthetic procedures such as (but not limited to) Mesotherapy, PRP, Botox, Filler, Threads, lasers and injectables.

· Administering Cosmetic Injections.

· Administer non invasive laser, light and ultrasound treatments.

· Administer medical grade chemical peels.

· Maintain high standards of care for patients including consultation, treatment and follow up care.

· Handles patients’ enquiries, feedback and follow up (phone, email, social media).

· Provide medical advice related to the company's products and services.

· Training of staff as required.

· Work closely with the marketing team on marketing and sales awareness / promotion.

· Keep abreast of medical information and developments.

· Contribute to website and media articles.

· Contribute to daily operations of the medical clinic.

· Assure proper patient documentation during his/ her treatment journey in the clinic with assurance of signing the patient consent form as well as signing the treatment plan, taking photage for the steps of procedures for documentation and providing the marketing team.

· Assure filling properly the clinical notes.

· Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing mail

· Provide general administration assistance to the Clinic Manager and Administrator.

· Participate in Clinic events and presentations, as well as demonstrating old and new treatments/procedures

· Educate and promote the services being offered to all clients.

· Promote a friendly, warm and exceptional customer experience.

· Work as a team with the Group’s Medical Director, Management Team and aesthetic consultants to achieve company goals and target.

· Adhere to company policies and protocols.
