Job Description

Rankviz is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Developer Executive with a keen interest in sales and client acquisition. This role focuses on handling Upwork profiles, creating winning bids, and developing strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and has a strong grasp of freelance platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and optimize Upwork profiles and similar platforms.
  • Create and submit persuasive bids on Upwork to acquire client projects.
  • Respond promptly to client messages, maintaining maximum availability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to align strategies and improve client acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven experience of 2-3 years of business development over online market platforms
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication
  • Powerful Convincing Pitches
  • Client handling especially in tricky situations
  • Flexibility of timings as per US, UK, and AUS time zones
  • Capable of working independently yet a dependable team player.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
