Should be able to:

- Develop and enforce legal policies to ensure compliance.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Manage legal risks, disputes, and external counsel.

- Oversee corporate governance and regulatory affairs.

- Lead and mentor the legal team.

Must have:

- LLB/LLM, Bar membership preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in corporate law, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in contract law, compliance, and litigation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
