Job Description:

Future Vision Business Service is a leading business setup consultancy in Dubai, specializing in company formation, business licenses, and visa processing. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the business setup process, including trade license issuance, renewals, and visa applications.
• Coordinate with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, and Immigration for approvals and documentation.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
• Assist clients with queries related to company formation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor ongoing applications and follow up on pending approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle office administration tasks and support management with operational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup, operations, or related fields in the UAE.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE business laws, company formation processes, and PRO services.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to use CRM systems, MS Office, and other business management tools.
