Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be part-qualified in ACCA, ICMA, or CA Inter. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to provide strategic insights to support decision-making and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly expense reports to project future expenditures and revenues.
• Conduct feasibility studies, break-even analysis, and scenario planning.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain financial models and dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget planning and financial analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in the financial or insurance industry.
• Education: Part Qualified ACCA/ICMA or CA Inter Qualified.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Dashboard Management.
• Strong Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong Analytical, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to PKR 120,000 per month.
