Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Plan and oversee advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage content creation for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
